If you select “Browse for Networks” from the Networks pull down menu at the top, you will be presented with a screen with four different ways to browse for a network. The default is by Region, followed by the other three options – and “High Schools” is the rightmost. Click on the High Schools tab, and you will be asked to select a Country and City. Select the Country and State and/or City you are interested in – and it will offer you a list of all schools that has a Facebook network in that region. It will look like this (see image below):

You can join a network in one of two ways.

First – you can browse networks (as explained above), and while on the home page of a particular network, click on the “Join This Network” link in the “Network Info” section (the top left section of the home page). Depending on your education or work status, you may or may not be able to join a particular network. For example, if you are not in high school (as filled out in the education section of your profile), you cannot join a high school network. Changing regional networks also follow certain rules, like you can change regional networks only twice in the last 60 days.

Second – Use the Networks menu bar at the top, pull it down to see “Join a Network”. You will be able to search for a network, and join it. You will see the following screen:
